If your LED lamps continue to glow softly after being switched off, this may be related to the connection or setting of the dimmer. Follow the steps below:

1. Check the connection of the LED lamps:
   Ensure that the lamps are correctly connected to the dimmer.

2. Check the dimmer settings:

   • If your dimmer supports both leading edge and trailing edge, you must set the correct method.

   • The choice depends on the operation of the lamp: is it a leading edge or trailing edge lamp? Set the dimmer accordingly.

3. Use a dimmer stabiliser if necessary:

   • Do the lamps continue to glow softly after the dimmer is correctly set? Then a dimmer stabiliser may help.

   • This ensures that the residual energy causing the lamps to continue glowing is removed.

   • Place the dimmer stabiliser between the switched live and the neutral wire at the lamp:

     • Connect one side of the dimmer stabiliser to the neutral terminal block.

     • Connect the other side to the load terminal in the switched live terminal block.

Tip: By using a dimmer stabiliser, no residual energy flows through the circuit, so the lamps will no longer continue to glow softly.
