Change email address

Would you like to change your account email? This can be easily done by logging into your account and updating your email address in the settings.

Unsubscribe from newsletter

Would you prefer not to receive the newsletter anymore? By logging out of your account, you can easily toggle the option to receive or not receive our newsletter yourself.

1. Log in to your account via our website
2. Go to Data and preferences in the left navigation
3. At the bottom, under Newsletter, switch the option on or off

Note: By unsubscribing from our newsletter, you may miss out on possible discounts and promotions.

Deactivate account

Would you prefer to delete your account and the associated order history?

1. Log in to your account via our website
2. Go to Data and preferences in the left navigation
3. Scroll all the way down; at the bottom under Newsletter you will find the option to delete your account data, click on Delete account and data

Note: Deactivating your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Both your order history and any accumulated bonus points will be permanently lost.
