Refunds are issued using the same payment method you selected to complete your order. For regular payment methods, such as iDEAL or Bancontact, it may take 2-10 working days before the amount appears in your statement. If you paid with a post-payment method, we will refund the money to the platform that advanced the amount for you. Once they confirm the refund, your invoice will be cancelled.

Paid with a credit card? Depending on the credit card provider and the amount, the transaction may take a little longer before your refund appears on your statements. In most cases, you will see this within 2-14 days. In some cases (for example, payments above a certain amount) it can take up to 30 days before the refund is visible on your statements. Paid via Paypal? In that case, we will refund the amount to your Paypal account. Depending on your Paypal account settings, the amount will be visible in your Paypal balance within 5 working days. If you have a payment account linked with automatic allocation for incoming transactions, the money will be automatically refunded via Paypal to the relevant account.
