When your order has been returned to us according to tracking, we have 14 days to check, assess, and refund your return, provided your return meets the return conditions.

Waiting for a refund

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, always double-check your statements first. It is possible that the refund has been processed but you have already received it. Since we offer various payment methods and our name may not be immediately visible on the transaction in your statement, we recommend checking for the amount to be refunded; you will then find our name on the bank statement.

If after 14 days you still have not received anything or your invoice is still outstanding, please contact us immediately.
