If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving any reason and without any conditions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. For the fastest possible processing of your return, we ask you to register the return via the online return form on our website. If you prefer not to use this, that is not a problem for us. Please note, however, that this may adversely affect the return process, causing delays in processing.

 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. The direct costs for returning the products are at your own expense. Returns are always at your own risk, so please ensure the items are well packaged.

You can use our returns portal where you can send your order back with DPD at a reduced rate.

Step 1: Go to our returns portal(click here) and log in with your order number + email.

Step 2: Follow all steps until you receive a return label (after approval of your request, you will receive a label).

Step 3: Ensure the return shipment is well packed, the product is in the original packaging, and attach the received return label to the parcel and hand it in at a DPD service point.

Step 4: As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account no later than within 30 days.

*We recommend sending the product back in the original packaging. This packaging serves to protect the product during transport, so you can return the product to us undamaged.
