It is certainly possible for multiple people in one household to control the Smart products. This way, not only one person in the family can manage the lights or devices, but everyone can do so.
To make this possible, everyone who wants to control the Smart products must download the smartapp on their mobile device.
Then follow the steps below to create a family and add members:
Open the app and go to Profile > Home Management > Add Families.
Add new members by inviting them via the app. The other person will then receive a unique code.
On the new member’s device: open the app and go to Profile > Home Management > Join a Home. Enter the received code here.
Once the code is accepted, everyone will have access and can control the Smart products.
In this way, each family member can use the app and control the Smart products according to their own preferences, for optimal comfort at home.
