The internal software (firmware) of our Smart products is updated automatically. This ensures your devices always have the latest features and optimisations, without the need for manual action.
When an update is available, it is rolled out in phases to all Smart products. Would you like to speed up the process yourself? Then follow the steps below:
Open the app and select the desired device.
Click on the pencil icon in the top right corner.
Scroll down and choose Check firmware upgrades.
If an update is available, it will be installed automatically on your device.
Important:
During the update, the device may temporarily become unresponsive. After completion, the device will restart automatically. Never switch off the device during the update process, as this can cause irreparable damage.
