Unfortunately, it is not possible to intercept an order that is already on its way or to change the address. In this case, you can contact the delivery service yourself to see if they can do anything for you.

If your order has been delivered to the address you provided according to the tracking, and this is an incorrect address, unfortunately, we can no longer assist you. In that case, you will need to inquire with the residents at the given address yourself.
